When will my order ship after I place my order?Most orders are shipped out within 12-24 hours during the business week and delivered within 1-5 days depending on delivery method and receiving address.

Can I change my order after I place it?As we process and ship orders quickly (12-24 hours during business week), it is unlikely that we'll be able to make changes to your order after you submit it. If you would like to try to update your order, please contact us.

I'm not sure what size glove I need; do you have a sizing guide?A sizing guide is displayed on all of the glove product pages. We also offer free exchanges if you do order the wrong size.

Can I wash 212 gloves?Some 212 Performance Gloves are washable. If a glove is washable, you will find washing instructions on a tag on the inside of your gloves.

Can I get a replacement for a damaged glove?As gloves are consumable and will wear down after repeated use, we only offer replacements for manufacturing flaws. Please contact us if you need a replacement glove.

Where can I find the EN388 rating of a glove?All of our gloves that have been tested for EN388 standards will show the results on the glove product pages.

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for the correct size?Yes, we want to make sure your gloves fit perfectly so we provide free exchanges for new items with packaging intact. We are not able to exchange used gloves or gloves not in packaging. Please contact us if you need to exchange sizes.

How do i switch from Wi-fi to Physical Connection on my diagnostic & charge battery station DCBS?You will need to turn off your Wi-fi on your remote, and then plug in both sides of the ethernet cable to the remote and trolley.
